Our Community

As a maintained Surrey School we do not stand alone but are part of a much wider community – both internally and externally.

Internally, the school community of staff, governors and parents maintains communication links via a number of avenues including the Parents’ Association – Holland Support Association – and the Class Reps meetings.  See their specific pages for further details.

Of course our pupils are the largest part of our internal community and their voice is very important to the staff and governors.  The school council represents the pupils and engages with staff and governors on a termly basis.

Externally, we have community links with other school and with other local organisations such as Windmill Manor .

In addition to our links to Surrey County Council, we are part of the Tandridge Education Partnership of 31 schools which are committed to working collaboratively to ensure the highest quality of provision for the children, teenagers and young adults who live within our borough. We believe the Partnership is strongest when it works together. It will support confident schools to shape and lead the system together. It will ensure a strong influential voice to staff, students, parents and carers.
